Coverage

If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, EBO USA (the warrantor) will for the length of the period indicated on the chart below, which starts from the date of the original purchase (Limited Warranty period) at its’ option, will either a.) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, or, replace it with a new or refurbished  product. These warranties are solely limited to the extent of the warranty of the manufacturer of the products. The decision to replace or repair will be made at the sole discretion of the warrantor. This warranty provided is limited to the warranties of the manufacturers of the fan, motor, cord and plug manufacturers as provided by them. There is no warranty on the carbon filter or the HEPA filter, except that any product damaged prior to the installation of the COVID-19  MAX Filter Ventilator by the purchaser/user will be replaced at no cost upon receipt of the failed or damaged filter unit shipped prepaid by the warrantee to our office at 1465 CR 175, Jeromesville, OH 44480. All products are carefully inspected and installed at the factory and are in merchantable condition at the time of shipment from the factory.

During the “Labor” Limited Warranty period there will be no charge for labor. During the “Parts’ Limited Warranty period there will be no charge for parts. You must return parts alleged to be defective by prepaid means of shipment to us with a copy of the paid invoice covering the COVID-19 * MAX  unit under the warranty claim. This Limited Warranty is extended only on new equipment and only to the original purchaser. Customers will be charged for any repair or replacement not covered by proof of purchase.

                Filters are not covered by warranty beyond the warranty of the manufacturers.
